Paddle boarding in Bogue Sound

Spent most of the day paddle boarding around Bogue Sound. I saw the largest ray
that approx 4 feet across, came right under the board.

New PVC Resin Coated Art Boards

I’ve been experimenting with resins trying to perfect our mini art boards and I think we have
a winner. We now offer two types of mini art boards, the first made from old surfboards featuring
your own art or one of my photos. The new art boards are made from 1/2″ PVC with custom art and
a resin coating.

On the way to the bank yesterday and saw these amazing sunrays and could
not resist to go shoot them. After the past few weeks of crazy work, it felt good to

Milky Way Images

I’ve been looking into and learning how to take these astrology images lately. Last night
I went down to the beach at 4am to see if I could get a glimpse of the Milky Way…I’ve never
looked for it in the past and when I got down to the beach it was right in front of me.

Below is a short time lapse I put together using my Canon 60D, intervalometer, tripod & 10-22mm.
These images were shot at 39 sec exposure, ISO 2000, f/3.5 and 15 seconds between each shot.

I added this image to the print store.
