All photographs and videos produced for the client may only be used by that client for all marketing associated with the current project. Please note that the images will be copyrighted by the photographer and a license granted only to the client and NOT to any third party. Additional usage requires payment of additional licensing fees prior to use. Any usage of the photos / videos by a third party is prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.
